The Electronic Payment Inquiry System is provided as a public service by the State of Alaska.
Information presented on this web site is considered to be public and may be distributed or copied. Use of

For site management, information may be collected for statistical purposes. This government computer
system uses software programs to create summary statistics to be used for such purposes as assessing
what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying
system performance or problem areas.

Individuals are strongly discouraged from sending any personal information, such as social security or bank
account numbers, to the EDI contacts. Information sent to the EDI contacts via email is not encrypted.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to the public, the State of
Alaska may monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or
otherwise cause damage. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made
to identify individual users or their usage habits.

Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information on this site are strictly prohibited and may be
punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure
Protection Act.

This is an official State of Alaska system, which may only be used for authorized purposes. Unauthorized
modification of any information stored on this system may result in criminal prosecution. The state may
monitor and audit the use of this system. Use of this system by any individual constitutes full consent
to such monitoring and auditing.
